Frequently asked questions
Do I need to change my theme or templates?
No. The pixel is a single script tag in your <head>. Every notification is injected at runtime, so any platform that lets you edit the head — Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, Webflow, a custom storefront — works.
Where does the data in the notifications come from?
Real events from your own site plus anything your backend sends us. Your order system POSTs purchases to the conversion webhook or the API, and the widget turns the newest ones into prompts.
Will it slow my store down?
The pixel is a few kilobytes of vanilla JavaScript with no dependencies, and it loads asynchronously. Nothing blocks your page render.
Can I control how often a visitor sees a widget?
Yes. Each widget has frequency caps per session, per browser and per day, plus dwell-time, scroll-depth, exit-intent and URL rules.
What happens when I hit my plan limits?
Widgets keep rendering for your visitors — we just stop counting further impressions for the month. Nothing breaks on your storefront, and you can upgrade at any time.
Is there an API?
Yes. Every account gets an API key for reading campaigns, widgets, leads and stats, and for pushing conversions. The full reference lives under Integration docs.
Can I run the dashboard in another language?
English is the source language and ships as the default. Add any other language in the admin area and translate it field by field — with a built-in assistant that can call DeepSeek, OpenAI or any OpenAI-compatible model.
